Who we are

Ramptec (“we”) is a software and AI consultancy operating at ramptec.dev. For anything privacy-related, contact us at hello@ramptec.dev.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. We collect these only when you submit them.
• Email correspondence: if you email us or reply to us, we keep the correspondence.
• Aggregate site analytics: page views and referrers via Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites or build individual profiles.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we can help your business, follow up about working together, and — if we do work together — to deliver services and send invoices. Inquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled system and may be processed with the assistance of AI tools operating under our instructions; a human reviews consequential communications.

Where it lives

Contact submissions are stored in private repositories on GitHub and correspondence in our email systems. Payment and invoicing data, when applicable, is processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We use Anthropic and Vercel as infrastructure providers.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry data as long as it is relevant to a current or potential business relationship. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you — email hello@ramptec.dev and we will act on it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
