Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain and your content are yours, period. On the subscription, we own the build until you buy it out (anytime); if you ever leave, we hand over everything cleanly — no hostage situations.
Why monthly instead of one big bill?
Because a website isn't a one-time thing — it needs hosting, security, updates, and edits forever. One monthly price covers all of it, and you're never surprised. Prefer to pay once? The buy-out option exists for exactly that.
What counts as a small edit?
Hours, photos, prices, services, staff, seasonal notices — anything that takes us minutes. Bigger changes (a new page, a new feature) get a simple fixed quote first.
What if I want more than a website?
That's actually our specialty. The website is usually step one — after that we automate the office work: booking reminders that cut no-shows, quote follow-ups, review requests, invoice chasing. Small fixed projects, from $1,500.
